You may return all apparel & clothing products within 7 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or store credit. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, mask and accessories.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Refund Store Credit & Exchange Period
Refund Store Credit – We will accept the return within 7 business days from the date of delivery and after the return gets approve from our side then you will get 7 days to send the tracking details of the item you are sending us otherwise the return will get rejected. (if you have refund store credit then that can be used within 60 days from the date of issue).
Exchange – We will accept the return within 7 business days from the date of delivery and after the return gets approve from our side then you will get 7 days to send the tracking details of the item you are sending us otherwise the return will get rejected.
In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts in product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange of the product will take place as per our policy .

Return & Pick up
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by SANVIA
